This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Another 2-section house installed on a site-built foundation. House is 28' X 56'. It is similar to a house about a mile south of mine on Tarp Lane. There is no marriage wall in this house - the hallway is centered in the structure. A large skylite is over the hall. A partially finished garage and similar size room are on the ground floor. The deck has not been built yet, that is why the dining room door is boarded up. You can build one if you want to and finish the ground floor. Split hall bath, the WC and tub are in one room, the washer/dryer and sink in the other. Windows are components- you can move them in you want to. A couple have to be edited - they only show up when the main floor is active. Oops Have fun with this one, Bob
