The mold is intended for the tire manufacture from silicone or similar flexible material in scale 1:10, 1:14, 1:25. It consists of 2 parts: top and bottom part. Each part can be 3D printed without supports.

Mold dimensions 1:10:

  • diameter – 115 mm
  • height – 30.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:10:

  • outer diameter – 75 mm
  • overall width – 20.5 mm
  • inner diameter – 46 mm

Mold dimensions 1:14:

  • diameter – 93.5 mm
  • height – 24.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:14:

  • outer diameter – 53.5 mm
  • overall width – 14.5 mm
  • inner diameter – 33 mm

Mold dimensions 1:25:

  • diameter – 70 mm
  • height – 17.5 mm

Tire dimensions 1:25:

  • outer diameter – 30 mm
  • overall width – 7.5 mm
  • inner diameter – 17.4 mm

If you want a different wheel size, simply scale the mold.

The bottom mold part has 5 special bosses and Top mold part has 5 special holes to guide mold parts in the closed state. Also, there are 4 slots for better opening with a screwdriver or similar instrument.In the Top mold part are 4 small holes for material injection.Both mold parts have 4 holes with diameter 6 mm for bolting it in closed state.Note! Only the mold! This is not a tire!
