A large Motel with a rustic exterior and modern contemporary interior. The interior is furnished to create a cozy and comfortable environment with many different variants of beds, bedside drawers, lamps, pillows, desks, ceiling fans, wardrobes and canvas art (see full list below). The exterior has a weathered wood texture on the exterior walls, stairs, railings, windows and roof as well as smaller details such as pipes and drains. Doors are modeled separately so you can move and pivot them easily. The ceiling fan also has a simple animation attatched. Works great in any modern game engines and for rendering purposes. Unity Package contains easy drag and drop prefabs.
