An N Scale Sand Drying house to go with my sanding tower also here on CGTrader. House and sand bin are separate and can be used for other buildings.

The SandProp can be printed on resin or FDM printers. Cover the top with white glue and sprinkle with fine sand. Lightly sand it after dry, paint and weather it before inserting into the bin from the bottom. The cross cables over the bin were made by twisting fine wires together in a drill and gluing through the holes.
