This is a 3d model of a naca air scoop for cars - aircraft- experimental vehicle...It has a cout out on surface exterior of 200 mm x 80 mmIt' is composed of two piece for easy of printing and for adaptable solution changing the neck (right ,left, different size of the duct: 1/2- 2).the just fix toghether with interlocking pins.The best material to print is ABS, but maybe petg or other filament resisting to high temperature could suite to your prefences and easy of print.

If you need different size or position of the duct neck just ask and i can provide best solution for youYou can fix it to panel with pop rivets flush or dome head as you prefer.
