Nazeer my colleague asked me to create a house with a minimum of space, that is 13 x15 feet and this is what I did. Ground level with kitchen, living room and one bed room with attached wash room. Fisrt level with two bed rooms with attached wash rooms with a closed corridor. second level is utilised for terrace with a shaded area. He is more than pleased, I hope you too will like it.
