Typical New York style row houses made out of Brownstone. The houses date back to the 1860s and are often quite attractive property these days.

This pack contains 11 individual buildings, of which 3 are modular row houses and two are corner versions.

Each model contains various file formats and separate textures. Most textures are connected to 3 main texture sets.
There are 2 Blender files included. One is to quickly export models with ready-to-use material setups. The second one is the file used for the main renderings.
All models are clearly labeled.
Textures contain: albedo, normal, alpha, specularity, roughness, colormask
The color texture can be used to repaint the main walls and some ornaments. Refer to node setup in included blender file to get an example for a possible node setup
Lod models, collision models etc. are not included.
