This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a three floor ultra modern house with 10' floor to ceiling windows all around the house. It has a nice pool in the back of the house with an adjacent pool house. The pool house contains separate locker rooms and bathrooms for men and women as well as a sitting area with a TV in the center.
