Niecon Plaza is a residential tower and a food court located in Broadbeach on the Gold Coast in Australia. The tower was built in 1986 and rises to 45 m for a total of 13 floors.

The native Sketchup file is in 2017 version, is geo-referenced and available to be exported in KMZ to be used on most of GIS (as Google Earth or ESRI).
