The Niels Esperson Building is a 125m tall skyscraper in Houston, Texas. Designed by architect John Eberson for the tower's namesake real-estate and oil magnate. Completed in 1927, the building briefly held the title of Houston's tallest building until the nearby Gulf Building eclipsed it just a few years later. The building features a colorful, eclectic mix of Renaissance and Neoclassical ornaments with hints of Art Deco, primarily in the building's tiered form.
