On this floor we have the modern kitchen with the newest kitchen appliances. The kitchen have two islands to cook your favourite meals. Right in front of the kitchen is the living and dinind room. On this floor we have office and half bathroom. There is also the garage for 2 cars. The staircase continue on the last floor which is the bedroom floor. On this floor we have 4 bedrooms with full bathrooms. The model is build with Sketchup 2023 and the finished and rendered with Lumion 12.5.
The package is built and designed for you to reuse, but above all, study and learn about the development of basic design stages with good 3D models and with materials, textures, camera settings, and light management that make a good balance of lighting possible.
