This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 14 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Behold, Paulwall's largest bank building in city limits! This is the second tallest building in the city, standing at 15 civilian floors but with two plant floors above, making it 17 stories high. A building completed/opened in 1968, it does have stories to tell for it changed hands several times. It was originally Paulwall National Bank but it went bankrupt a bout 15 years ago, then Wells Fargo bought the building a decade ago. Wells Fargo bank lives on the first couple of stories, then the upper floors are rented to tenants to house offices and general business. There is an accounting office up there, a printing office, publishing office, law firm, and even a credit union. A few floors remain empty as they await tenants. So nothing unlike a regular office building in any downtown setting. In terms of banking, Paulwall has a good multitude of different banks all around the city.
