This project is a high-rise office complex designed as a financial district landmark, composed of three office towers integrated with a street-level shopping center that activates the urban edge and public space.

3 office towers

2 towers:• 40 floors• 156 meters tall each

Main tower:• 65 floors• 270 meters tall

The towers are organized to create a strong urban composition, combining verticality, transparency, and a clear financial-district identity, while the commercial base enhances pedestrian activity and urban interaction.

I created this project when I was 17 years old.

I am deaf, and because of that, I experienced a very lonely childhood and adolescence. Architecture and 3D modeling became my way of expressing myself and connecting with the world. I dedicated 100% of my time, focus, and passion to designing buildings, towers, and cities, often spending long hours learning and improving on my own.

These models are not just visual concepts — they represent discipline, resilience, and pure passion for architecture, developed from a very young age.
