This architectural 3D model represents a modern office tower composed of two vertically articulated glass volumes connected by a central core. The design emphasizes clean geometry, strong verticality, and a contemporary corporate aesthetic suitable for urban business districts and skyline compositions.
The tower features a blue-tinted glass façade with horizontal banding at the podium levels, creating a clear distinction between the base and the upper office floors. A solid side volume adds contrast and structural balance, while the elevated platform and landscaped perimeter define a clear and functional ground level.
This project was originally designed when I was 12 years old as an early exploration of office tower typologies, massing strategies, and façade rhythm using 3D modeling tools. It reflects an early interest in high-rise architecture, corporate buildings, and urban-scale design, and serves as a foundational piece in my architectural development.
The model is suitable for:
Office building visualizations
Architectural and urban concept studies
Rendering practice
Educational and portfolio use
