This building is based off of the street buildings from the 1920's to 1940's. It is meant to be stacked next to other buildings, hence the lack of windows on the sides of the building. The style is, as mentioned, inspired by 1920's to the 1940's - which is reflected by the exterior of the building, as well as the interior. Each floor is grouped for your convenience, and has been properly scaled.
- The building has a bar/restaurant area, a kitchen area, a storage area and two bathrooms on the ground floor.
- Floors 1 through 4 have four rooms each, four bathrooms each, as well as a single staff room each.
- The fifth floor (the roof) has a maintenance area and roof access.
All the materials are PBR and includes diffuse, height, normal, smoothness and AO maps. There are no doors included, so as to allow for variety at your convenience. This model is intended to be used in a game setting, however feel free to use it as you wish. The textures/materials have been placed in such a way so that you can easily replace them to add extra variety and re-usability. This lovely building will definitely add some vintage flair to your project!
