This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This 1898 era house is in the middle of a major remodeling. Downstairs is well under way with cabinets fixtures and floors to be put in. The rooms are original, except for the new addition which has a pantry and bath, since the original house had only a privy in the back yard. Upstairs the walls are original decayed wallpaper, thanks to Max Payne. New walls have been framed in. This updates the upstairs to modern standards. A temprorary 2X4 railing keeps workers from falling into the stairwell. Hopefully. All this needs from someone is to clutter it up with construction stuff. Exterior half-timbering on the 2nd floor has been stripped off to clean it up. Have fun, Bob
