The model itself is around 31k polygons, uses 6 materials, and includes 4K textures. Some of the textures are seamless (base color, normal, AO, roughness, metallic), with additional ORM maps for easy import into Unreal Engine 4/5.
For those who plan to use the model, I recommend opening it in Blender to check the tiling values, merge it into a single mesh, and set the pivot wherever it’s most convenient for you. I also intentionally made a large foundation so the model can be placed on a slope; originally, the pivot was intended to be around the level of the 2nd–3rd step near the main entrance. The church is enterable as well.
