A well that is so old, it would probably break if you tried to use it. Includes albedo, roughness, AO, metal, normal, and displacement textures. Grass in example renders is not included. Blender file has an additional collection in the scene that the customer can use to bore a hole into the ground with a boolean modifier, with the well shaft going down, and the well water at the bottom. The .fbx and .obj versions only have the well itself.
