Lightweight but nice looking western water tower model. Copy color channel to bump channel for better renders. C4D format also has bump channels.

Cinema 4D file has some parametric primitives and textures. You can easily modify them. Cinema 4D formats file has baked textures with connected objects.

Textures are ok for C4D format but baked textures are perfectly fit to all other formats too. Just find and define them to the correct objects.
