The Opel Blitz was a truck produced by the German automaker Opel from 1930 to 1975. It was used extensively by the German military during World War II and became one of the most recognizable symbols of the war. The Opel Blitz truck was powered by a 3.6-liter inline-6 petrol engine, which produced up to 50 horsepower. It had a payload capacity of up to 5 tons and was equipped with a 4-speed manual transmission. The Blitz was available in multiple wheelbases and cargo bed sizes, allowing it to be customized to meet specific needs. After the war, the Opel Blitz continued to be produced and saw service in both civilian and military applications.
