Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Catalan Modernist style building designed for its owner, businessman Juan Cabanellas and imagined as a rental building, with shops on the ground floor and 5 floors of housing. Designed by Francisco Roca i Simon, a follower of the great Catalan architect Antonio Gaudi and built by Luis B. Laporte. The year is 1914 and the project construction Built 1916.
