Hi everyone.

I'm happy to present you a new model, a corner parisian building in modest style, built in the style before Haussmann's Paris architectural reformation, I gave a name Paris Randezvous house to this building.It's modeled in freestyle mode based on real building from panoramic streetview images.I enchanced few areas and assets, made it more visually plausible by adding more grunge textures, so it could contain hopefully more storytelling potential.

Those graffity paintings done as decals, nothing extra ordinary or with deep meaning, just randomly picked images from different places.

All done in Blender and Photoshop. I didn't use Substance Painter for this, but still it has PBR maps like roughness, metalness, normal.

I really enjoyed modeling, texturing and shading this building. Thanks for watching.
