The model is low poly mesh, UV textured with 4K png maps: Base color, Height, Metallic, Roughness, AO and Normal map.Single polymesh, single UV layout
As it can be seen on rendered images.
The model has 1447 polys and 1523 verts.
Zip file contains Scanline Parking_lot_MAX13 file, Scanline Parking_lot_MAX21 file, FBX2020,FBX2013 and obj file.
Render settings and HDRi are not included.
To gain the optimal realistic render result, user must manually place maps in the shader slots of its prefered program/render engine.
