Materials are baked per object (for example, window frame is using its own material, and then wall is its own material, and so on) and textured using Adobe Substance Painter. Textures included in 4K, 2K, and 1K resolution. The roof and its hip and ridge are using displacement map, so make sure to enable the subdivision surface modifier (it already turned on in my blender scene) and enable the experimental feature in Cycles to use adaptive subdivision. If you need to export the object from Blender and want to keep the displacement, make sure to apply the subdiv modifier while exporting so the exported object have dense geometry.
