Sting is a Ukraine War counter-drone interceptor UAV designed to pursue and disable hostile unmanned aerial vehicles and loitering munitions.

In recent years, low-cost attack drones such as the Shahed-136 have demonstrated how small autonomous aircraft can threaten cities, infrastructure, and military positions. These drones are inexpensive, long-range, and difficult to intercept with traditional air defense systems.

The Sting interceptor drone concept represents a new class of compact high-speed UAV defenders, built to rapidly launch, pursue hostile drones, and neutralize them before they reach their targets.
