The hub can be attached to a hole in the center with 4 bolts around it. If printed 1:1 then the 12 indiviudal cups are bolted with a M5 x 12mm (or #10-32 x .50) machine screw and hex nut. The water should hit the cups perpendicularly which means there needs to be a port or jet to direct the incoming water.
