Description

This is a copy of the alien saucer as used in the amazing Ed Wood movie 'Plan 9 From Outer Space'. It was a toy flying saucer model kit available in shops at the time but they removed the jet engines and painted it overall silver, including the clear dome. This is a pretty simple model built in Lightwave using Nurbs where it's in 2 layers to allow the outer jet ring to be animated. There are no texture or image maps used, it's just overall silver so easy to retexture in other applications and versions.
