There are two Cinema 4d files, one with mograph module applied (you need broadcast/ studio version) and standard one (prime, lite, visualize, engineering edition).For all other 3d applications use exchange formats. Renders are achieved using Cinema 4d standard render with GI turned on. You will get the same render if use good HDR image.Properly modeled with minimum poly count for faster visualization. All parts are UV mapped (not in mograph file, which is parametric), applied materials with textures.Default scene with separate objects (body,belt,legs etc), if you want combined single mesh (for game) download combined folder.

You can animate the belt simply by adding keyframes/scripts to the UV texture coordinates. Offsetting the x/y coordinates will give a smoother animation (almost all 3d application allows to do so).
