The Polaris Mark 1 is an Aurora-class cargoship.

The developement began over half of a century ago, when the Polyguardian chancellor ordered

the three space vehicle companies to come up with an innovative way of transporting goods

between space stations and planets.

The ship contains three levels: The cargo bay is in the belly of the freighter; the middle deck

contains the maintenance equipment required for long missions; the upper level is for the

personnel on board, plus it has the advantage of taking extra passengers.

The Polaris is built in a way that it's capable of the speed of the light. This means that the usual routes

the fleet use take much less time and risk with this ship due to the brand new fusion-propulsion system.

The fuselage is made mostly of titanium, but we find composite materials as well.

The belly section as well as the cockpit are weell shielded, therefore the Polaris Mark 1 has real combat

and tactical capabilities.
