This is the Eaos-x 051 Boxcar in H0 (1/87) scale. This reworked version is designed for easier 3d printing. It includes both unsupported and pre-supported files. All of the details that are prone to breaking off during painting and testing the wagon (like handrails and stairs) are separated and need to be assembled. This wagon has a highly detailed underside and also comes with a newly designed and highly detailed bogie.
To print the pre-supported parts you will need a 3d printer with a build voulume of at least 136x51x153mm.
Two small springs are needed to keep the NEM sockets in place as well as standard H0 wheel sets (length=24,4mm, diameter=10,4mm) and NEM-compatible couplings. To minimize the risk of small parts breaking off, it is recommended to use a proportion of flexible resin (~20-30%), especially with parts that are exposed to dynamic loads like the NEM shaft.
Dies ist der Eaos-x 051 in H0. Diese überarbeitete Version ist für einfachereren 3d-Druck entworfen worden. Es sind sowohl die Modelle ohne als auch mit Stützstrukturen enthalten. Alle Details, die anfällig dafür sind, während des Lackierens und Testens des Wagens abzubrechen (z.b. Trittbleche) sind separate Teile und müssen angeklebt werden. Dieser Wagen hat eine hochdetaillierte Unterseite und ein neu konstruiertes, hochdetailliertes Drehgestell.
Um die Teile mit Stützstrukturen drucken zu können, wird ein 3d-Drucker mit einem Bauraum von mindestens 136x51x153mm benötigt.
Zusätzlich zu den druckbaren Teilen werden noch Kupplungen, Federn und Achsen (24,4x10,4) benötigt. Um das Risiko des Abbrechens von filigranen Teilen zu minimieren, wird empfohlen, einen Anteil von flexiblem Resin zu verwenden (~20-30%). Besonders bei Teilen, die dynamischen Beanspruchungen ausgesetzt sind (NEM-Kupplungsschacht) sollte dies getan werden.
