Modern Presidential Hotel suite. file has no protection. It is a modern-styled hotel luxury suite space with a living room, walking closet, and bathroom ready to render with V-ray or Enscape software. One will find FBX files that can be imported into various modeling applications, such as Maya, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and Blender. Inside the file, one will find multiple materials, light setups, and camera angles that can easily be adjusted or changed to personal taste. This file does not have any protection. You can reuse the scene, the render settings, the lights, and the materials, but above all you can learn from the file, moving inside the project, observing how the light was created and handled, how materials are developed, what the role that every texture play within them, and the values that fill every single option.
