This is my Procedural road model. It has a road in which there are rails and street lamps (which emmit light) on the both sides of the road.The road also has an outer curved part. There is a path called the Road Path which when moved or changed in shape, the whole road and the objects in it like the rails and street lamps will also move. Therefore it is procedural. These objects are placed over a plane area which has a water material. The materials of the road and the outer part of the road can be adjusted if the material does not fit your wish much.If you think the road material is smooth, you can just change a single value to adjust it in it's material editor.
