An elementary school building fully decorated, with furniture and animated humans. Ideal for a provincial town's scale, due to its capacity (approx. 150 students - 24 for each classroom). It includes: 6 classrooms, 3 computer science labs, 1 art workshop, 1 chemistry lab, the teachers' offices, school nurse, the archive, library, auditorium, lunch room, locker room and of course WC facilities (You can find the plans in the images). It's easily adaptable and there are some custom-made assets that can be easily re-used for other projects (I recommend saving them as groups to your user library). You can also import it to Unreal Engine 4 with Datasmith for Twinmotion and Twinmotion content for Unreal (both provided by EPIC in the Unreal Marketplace for free).
