LEKTRO 87 tow tractors are designed to tow aircraft with a MTOW up to 38,555 kg (85,000 lbs), making them ideal for push backs and towing of turboprop aircraft and most wide-body business jets. Aircraft nose wheels are secured with a torque sensing turntable cradle and soft nylon strap, which eliminates tow bars and is far less complex and easier to maintain than hard capture systems common on most towbarless tractors. All-electric power and a tight turning radius makes the LEKTRO 87 the preferred tow tractor for aircraft hangar positioning and push back operations.
