This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Thanks to sketchycat, google, www.smartfurniture.com, jimbo101, pianist, and other authors. Since we went through the global rebrand, we needed a new hub or headquarter. This one is the main. We fully demolishes the old one, digged out a river, and planted trees. Also, with the re-brand I repainted the color of my Cadillac. It was blue, and now it is silver metallic. (although the best color that fits to a luxury car is black :D) bages by me. Sorry, but only my office and the second floor is furnished :P. Otherwise it will be too big file size. I will upload other floors later on. There are now only 3 people in the office: Me, My Assistant, and my financist. p.s. see the bages of people... O: almost forgot!
