I made this 1.9 beadlock rims for my Camel Trophy Defender D90 and tested a lot. It works fine and smooth. Suits to standard HEX and 4mm axles, and best with narrow tyres.Use 5 m2x6 black screws as decorative elements and some additional weight.

Printing recommendations:3 walls, 0.12-0.16 layer, 0.4 nozzle, 50% infill (hyroid) for rimI recommend 0.2 nozzle 0.1 layer for cap, but could be enough 0.4 nozzle with 0.1 layerHole for axle inside rim closed to print that part without supports.
