this pack i was maked in blender and i used emptys, if you only want the mesh, you can use the .fbx or .obj but if you want use emptys you need the .blend, is too easy, i recommend rendering in cycles, is very easy scultp the clouds a bit if you prefer to change something about them and the emptys will automatically move along the mesh

the last pictures are examples made by me using this clouds pack
