Asset Breakdown
Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This asset is a ruined stone lighthouse that has been turned into a survivor's fortress. It fits perfectly into post-apocalyptic games where characters have to scavenge materials to build a safe home.
Makeshift Lookout Nest Near the top of the tower, a wooden shack has been crudely attached to the balcony. Draped with grey tarps and built from scrap wood, this crow's nest acts as a sniper tower or lookout point for the survivors inside.
Patchwork Metal Repairs The stone walls are riddled with large holes, likely from battles or decay. These gaps have been boarded up with rusty sheets of corrugated metal and mismatched wooden planks, showing a desperate attempt to keep the weather and enemies out.
Scavenger Base Camp At the bottom of the tower, a lean-to shed made of rusty iron sheets has been built against the entrance. This extension adds more living space and reinforces the main door, making it look like a well-defended entryway.
Defensive Junk Piles The ground around the base is littered with debris, including old tires, barrels, and scrap metal. These piles provide cover for players during a firefight and add to the messy, realistic atmosphere of a scavenger camp.
Technical Notes:
Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The Holes in the tower wall are great gameplay features. Place an enemy NPC or a loot chest inside the tower so players can see it through the gaps but have to find the entrance to reach it.
