This BIM package represents a coordinated residential–office building developed through collaboration between architectural, structural, and MEP teams. The project follows a real-world BIM workflow focused on coordination, clash resolution, and model-based deliverables. The Residential Office Building has a total area of approximately 120,000 square meters. All major disciplines were modeled to support coordination, quantity extraction, visualization, and construction-oriented BIM processes.
