-Modeled to Scale and dimensions: 57'x86'x25'H-Modeled originally in Revit 2015, merged into 3ds Max 2015, cleaned up and features added, Rendered using Vray.-All textures included, concrete, stucco for bump, brick. Textures will have to be relinked from folder.-Signage included- can be easily changed outModel without signage: Polygons: 37,714, Vertices: 58,222-Model objects all grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement-Model set to 0,0,0 axis-Revit model included and last rendering is from Revit 2015
