3D Exterior Model of a Commercial Retail StorePerfect building for a grocery, electronics or any other type of store.Could be placed on its own or on a mall site.

Modeled to Scale and Dimensions: +/- 45,000 Square Feet250' x 180' x 26'High

-Materials are White and Red Colored CMU Blocks, EIFS, Stone, Concrete, Glass, Metal

-Modeled in 3ds Max 2015, rendered using Vray and HDRI sky. HDRI map NOT included.-Model has Loading Dock shown in rear for 2 trucks and 2 drive in bays-Signage included, signage can be changed out to anything very easily.-All textures included in Zip file, Textures will have to be relinked from folder. -Model objects all grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement -Model set to 0,0,0 axis -Interior NOT modeled-Please note model was made in 3ds Max and other provided formats have not been tested in other software and may need modifications.
