-Model has Loading Dock shown in rear for 3 tenants.-Modeled to Scale and dimensions:Imperial Units: Building: 169'x229'x24' H, Entire Model Site: 279' x 29'-Modeled originally in Revit 2015, merged into 3ds Max 2015, cleaned up and features added, Rendered using Vray.-All textures included, concrete, stucco for bump, brick, CMU. Textures will have to be relinked from folder.-Signage included- can be easily changed out-Model objects all grouped into 1 group for easy scene movement-Model set to 0,0,0 axis-Interior has columns and gyp bd.-Road has oil marks on it, curb, and parking spaces.
