This 3D model represents a reconstruction of a historic Russian Orthodox church, Krokhino Nativity Church in Vologda Oblast (Russia), which was constructed in the late 18th century but got completely flooded in the 1960s. This particular Baroque church is specifically designed to imitate the shape of ark. It is completely rectangular-shaped and simply composed of an elongated nave and an apse. I make use of the church’s surviving photographs taken in early 1900s as my references.
This church model might be ideal for historical visualizations, architectural renders, VR/AR experiences, educational projects, heritage reconstructions, or even simply personal collections.
