A clean mostly quads mesh with no co-planar faces, isolated vertices or n-gons. Total 7475 faces. *If converted to tris, 14,345) UVS are overlapping to save textures space. Some of the bricks for example share same UV space.

PBR textures are metal-rough workflow. Textures are in RGB packed format saved as lossless PNG as following: Albedo, Normal, Occlusion+Roughess+Metallic, 3x .png files.
