Asset Breakdown
Here is a simple explanation of what makes this model special and how it is designed:
The Overall Concept This asset is an outdoor air conditioning compressor unit, the kind typically found on rooftops or behind buildings. It is depicted in a severely rusted and neglected state, making it perfect for urban decay scenes or abandoned industrial zones.
Heavily Corroded Casing The metal box was likely originally white, but it is now almost entirely covered in orange and brown rust. The texture shows peeling paint and deep oxidation, suggesting it has been exposed to acid rain or sea air for years.
Protective Fan Grille The front features a large circular wire grille. Behind this mesh, you can see the fan blades and the central hub. The grille itself is also rusty, matching the weathered look of the rest of the unit.
External Electrical Box On the side of the unit, there is a mounted electrical connection box with thick black cables. These components look old and possibly hazardous, adding a nice level of detail to the machine's functionality.
Raised Metal Stand The unit rests on a simple steel frame stand to keep it off the ground. The legs of the stand are just as rusty as the unit itself, grounding the asset and making it ready to be placed on a rooftop or concrete slab.

Files Included: FBX, GLB, OBJ, STL, ZIP (Textures). Quick Tip: The Fan Blades inside are visible. You can separate them and animate a slow, squeaky rotation to make the unit look like it is struggling to keep running in a horror or survival game.
