I made this hut/cabin months back and wanted to share it to the public. It was created inside of Maya and unwrapped in blender. I didn't supply the textures used in the renders, but I have it unwrapped and color ID so that you can apply the textures yourself on each specific piece just as I had did to get the final result as seen in the thumbnail.
