You buy a complete modular 3D model pack for Unreal Engine. It included the models to a SciFi Lab Environment. The models are ready textured and ready to use for your scene. A Blender file is also included for further modifications you may want. The Name ´´ GEM Laboratory´´ is not included in the textures. It is a Decal in Unreal Engine and just a placeholder.

Reminder : Sometimes when you import a Blender file, the pivots are changed. However, these can be very easily manually linked to the models again in the program. If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
