My original works/design from scratch.

Another preview :https://youtu.be/Pu-7uqO3FXg

Update 1.0 : Walls Set H series added.

Individually, these items cost $152

Important note : The assembled buildings are not included . these are some samples as showcase .

This collection is a Modular kit
And i built one example for myself in the UE4 viewport (less than 6 hours ! ) that you can see it in the first shot.

Other notes :

  • These are some of low-poly models i made for real-time purpose like Game projects. and most of them are matched with each other in terms of : Naming System ( Textures . Objects . Materials.Color tune and other factors )
  • All of this models have the same Texures Folder address.
  • i uploaded High qaulity 4k and 2k PBR textures (the Sources are 4K) PNG 8 Bit .
  • With Clean and Optimized UVs
  • all models are made by myself from scratch (from concept to the Final product)
    • my goal was creating these sci-fi objects but not like the other artists concepts on the internet .
At the end I hope that you liked it . :)

Per each product real world scale unit(CM) :

  • x25 for All Wall Sets + military construction kit + Door
  • x15 for Foundation + bridge + Stair + window with Shutters
( the Unreal assets doesn't need these changes and they are already adjusted )

Importing:

  • Importing process is not always perfect in any cases (Because there are too many softwares with different standard for each one) so it needs to do some adjustment.
  • First Copy/Paste the Textures to a folder beside the scene file . Rename the Folder to Textures
  • If it didn't work ... Then Copy/Paste the Textures beside the scene file . (Same Folder)

For unreal engine 4 AssetJust Copy and Paste Content Files in to your Content Folder

If you need help... please send me a message :)
