3D model of a sci-fi style robot/drone.The idea was to make some sort of an industrial worker robot with combat capability. The model is improvised, not based on any existing object.Created and textured/painted in Blender. Some flat surfaces are made in n-gons, the model was successfully triangulated and tested in Unity. The model is relatively low-poly (58K vertices/114K triangles) so it can be easily used in game engines).

The package contains two versions of the model (files uploaded separately):

  • version with fixed arms which can be used for static renders
  • version with straight arms rigged with bones so you can pose them as you like or use the model for animation.

Available formats: BLEND, OBJ, FBX. All textures are packed into a separate archive.

NOTE: Created in Blender version 4.0 using the Auto-Smooth feature, which isn't available in later versions. If you want to open it in any later version, you will have to manually add the Smooth by Angle modifier to everything. Other formats are not affected.

BLEND (Blender, filesize: 882 MB), OBJ (OBJ, filesize: 16.9 MB), FBX (Autodesk FBX, filesize: 8.48 MB), TEXTURES (Textures, filesize: 389 MB), PNG (PNG, filesize: 389 MB), JPG (JPG, filesize: 389 MB)
