This is Patlabor from the 1989 Manga Japanese Animation Movie Patlabor The Movie It's not an exact copy but very like the Robot from that Film. Patlabor is a Textured and Rigged Model and I have installed a walk Cycle into his memory banks so that you can see that everything works.
